How to order digital photo files from your Shootproof Gallery

Log into your gallery by selecting the link you receive and enter your login details. Please make sure your email address is spelt correct as this is the address your digital photos will be sent to.

Adding a Digital Photo to your basket

To add a digital photo to your basket you need to begin at the gallery home page this is the page with all your photos on and follow these instructions…

If you are using a mobile phone…

On the photo you want select the white circle button with the three black dots in the bottom right of the image.
Select Buy Photo.
In the Products menu scroll down and select Digital Media.
Select Buy Digitals.
Select Keep Shopping.
Close the Product window to go back to the gallery home page and repeat these steps until all your photos have been added to you basket.

If you are using a computer…

Select the photo you want.
Select Buy Photo.
In the Products menu scroll down and select Digital Media.
Select Buy Digitals.
Select Keep Shopping.
Close the window to go back to the gallery home page and repeat these steps until all your photos have been added to you basket.

Checking Out / Placing Your Order

When you are ready to checkout…

Go to the gallery home page.
Select the Cart icon.
Underneath all the items in your basket is the option Add Promo Code select this and add your promo code in the promo code box.
Then select Checkout.
Add your details.
Select the terms and conditions box.
You need to complete the order by selecting the Pay with PayPal button. You won’t be charged unless you have ordered extras.

NOTE: You do not need a Paypal account, even if you are purchasing extras, the gallery is just run with a payment system made by Paypal.

Receiving Your Digital Photos

After checkout you will instantly be sent a link in an email to download your files. This will come from Shootproof please check your junk if you can’t see it and then if not please let me know.

You can then download photos at the link to your device. Please make sure your download your photos as soon as possible as the link will expire when your gallery expires.

NOTE: The logo watermarks are in screen only and won’t be on any of the photos you receive.
